Business Focus: Our New Brand Film ‘Keeping it Personal’

 

Team Torque is excited to announce the upcoming premiere of “Keeping it Personal,” our new brand film!

Last month, a film crew from the brilliant Brickhouse Media Group spent a week at our sites, capturing footage.

The film showcases how Torque’s brand mission and values helps us deliver our customer promise, focusing on our personal approach to business and the importance of nurturing our connection with customers, and in turn helping them nurture the relationships with their customers.

A day in the life of Torque

In “Keeping it Personal,” you’ll see ‘behind the scenes’ at Torque. The film shows the breadth of our service offering, and the depth, highlighting the personal care and detail that goes into every function of the business.

You’ll see our employees in action across all departments, managing freight relationships, using new state-of-the-art technology for order sorting, to lovingly hand-wrapping those orders for the end-consumer.

Customer Focus: Piglet in Bed

Piglet-in-Bed

For a brand like Piglet in Bed, the personal touch is important. Since their beginnings in a Sussex garden shed in 2017, they have enjoyed ever-increasing customer demand, and by trusting in Torque to help manage this growth, they have been able to maintain the personal connection they have built with their customers.

Torque’s processing and pre-retail expertise means we’re the ideal partner to help Piglet in Bed deliver the personal touch to their customers, from monogramming pyjama pockets to printing personalised messages on a gift card. We even bring their personal touch to the way their orders are packed: without any plastic packaging, wrapped in brown paper, tied with string and placed in a beautiful branded box.

We asked Piglet in Bed why they wanted to join Torque, and here’s what they had to say:

You’ll see Piglet in Bed in our brand film, “Keeping it Personal”. A big thank you to our star Kevin Newton, who had to wrap the same product about 20 times so we could shoot from all the right angles!
