Throughout 2017/18 Torque employees worked incredibly hard raising money for our nominated Community Partners Inn Churches and Crigglestone Daycare. We spoke to the charities to see how they would be using the donations.
Each year we ask Torque employees to nominate charities close to their hearts and in their communities that they would like Torque to support. This year we received a wide range of nominations and are excited to be supporting Wakefield Riding for the Disabled and Rainbow Ward at Wigan Hospital.
In November 2017 Torque joined forces with Wakefield College’s 'Get Set’ programme, a scheme dedicated to enabling students with learning difficulties and disabilities to gain real employment experience with businesses.
